We are EVCOA - Elizabeth Village Condominium Owners Association.  Situated in the Elizabeth historic district between Hawthorne Lane and Oakland Avenue, Elizabeth Village (EV) successfully blends urban living with the traditional neighborhood environment.  The architecture and land design of Elizabeth Village fits well within the overall texture of the community.
